Garlic

Garlic can slow down and destroy over 60 types of fungi, 20 types of bacteria, and some of the most powerful viruses. It has a long tradition of being used to combat parasites and secondary fungal infections. Start with one clove and gradually increase the amount as tolerated.

Cucumber Seeds

Cucumber seeds have long been used as a natural remedy to eliminate tapeworms from the digestive tract. Grind them into a powder and add one teaspoon daily to your smoothie while doing your cleansing regimen.

Papaya

This unique fruit has strong effects against many parasitic worms, including most intestinal and tapeworms. Interestingly, the most potent part of the fruit is actually its seeds. Take the seeds of an average-sized papaya, grind them in a coffee grinder, and add them to your smoothie.

Cloves

Cloves contain the most powerful germicidal compound in the plant world, known as eugenol. They also contain caryophyllene, a strong antimicrobial substance. These elements enter the bloodstream and kill microscopic parasites as well as parasitic larvae and eggs.

Raw Pumpkin Seeds

These seeds can destroy eggs and contain a natural fat that is toxic to parasite eggs. You need about half a cup each time for a real effect. Grind them in a coffee grinder and add them to salads or smoothies.

Turmeric

This is perhaps one of the most potent herbs and helps with nearly everything. Add black pepper to enhance absorption.

Ginger

Ginger improves stomach acid production, which helps kill parasites and protects us from infections.

Cayenne Pepper

This spicy chili is a powerful antifungal agent. The best cayenne pepper can destroy fungi, mold, and parasites upon contact!

Green Hulls of Black Walnut

These are known to be highly effective in killing many kinds of parasites. The dried and ground green hulls of the black walnut contain tannin, which is organic iodine, and juglandin. Black walnut is particularly potent against tapeworms and pinworms. Take the tincture three times per day.
