Biden grants immunity for COVID-19 vaccines - why?- 2

Biden gives Pfizer and Moderna shield from being sued for injuries and deaths from COVID-19 vaccines until 2029. WHY?

The PREP Act (Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness) was created in 2005 in order to be used in public health emergencies, indemnifying institutions, corporations, doctors, technicians, nurses etc. which would be acting to prevent the spread of highly infectious diseases for side effects from experimental treatments, with some notable exceptions, namely when a person acted with “willful misconduct”, including knowingly disregarding medical advice or acting recklessly.

The PREP Act was enacted in 2020 to shield vaccine manufacturers from being held legally responsible for things like side effects, thus helping them speed up their research and production.

The Act has been renewed many times since then, but today the whole situation is entirely different. Everyone knows that there is no actual danger from this virus when compared to the endemic flu. The hospitals are empty. Deaths are scarce and “infections” occur only to those inclined to test themselves using nasal swabs which are known for their high-percentage of false-positives. Even medical professionals stay away from the vaccines.

So, what is the point of extending the PREP Act when (almost) no-one is using the so-called vaccines? And WHY protect the manufacturers? Isn’t the vaccine “safe”? Or should I believe the hundreds of peer-reviewed studies that state the opposite?
On the other side of the spectrum, as stated by the Daily Mail, the Biden administration believes that there is still a credible risk that the pandemic might spiral out of control in the next four years, thus making the extension of the measure unavoidable. So, they quietly extended the pandemic-era measure that protects Covid vaccine makers from being sued for injuries or deaths.

Such a move will clearly create many obstacles in the work that the incoming Trump administration has promised to uptake, which has nominated Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to head the HHS. This may also anger the Americans that are being ignored, since from the thousands of claims that the Covid vaccine or other covid treatments has caused injury, about 10,000 are awaiting review, meaning that, since 2020, only about 3000 of those claims have been reviewed.

But there is more to consider. Peter Hotez predicts “wild stuff” suddenly materializing just one day after Trump’s inauguration, listing almost all known viruses. The solution? More and more vaccines for everything imaginable.

Does he know something he doesn’t share with us? How can he be so sure about this future pandemic which will happen in a little more than a month? Could this be another reason for the extension of the PREP Act?
Furthermore, researchers in California (according to BBC) are developing an AI-based early warning system that will examine social media posts to help predict future pandemics. “One of the unique strengths of our approach is that it can be used early in a pandemic,” says Nikki Thadani, a former postdoctoral research fellow who was involved in the development of EVEScape.

Please note that the BBC is using the words of a ‘former’ researcher who ‘was’ involved in the development. What about today? And how can it be credible to search our social media posts in order to find out what will materialize shortly? Everybody knows that using Google to search about our symptoms when ill is entirely wrong. Just imagine the chaos that will be created if the wrong beliefs of millions of people are combined in one. And one more thing: Do people actually post their illnesses and symptoms on social media to get help from ‘friends’? I never thought I’d live to see this happening.
She (the former researcher) also said that “It could be good for… vaccine manufacturers, and also for people trying to identify therapeutics, particularly antibodies to get some insight early on into which mutations might arise even a year in the future.”
Sure, guessing what might happen in a year has suddenly become science. Maybe buying a pack of tarot cards will help more.

So… we got indemnification of vaccines we don’t use, a certain pandemic which will surely happen in one month and companies browsing our social media posts to guess the next mutation. Can it get worse? Well, actually…

The Oslo-headquartered Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) –which funded EVEScape– views AI as a tool to help in its goal of preparing for and responding to epidemics and pandemics.
Oh, CEPI, founded and controlled by Bill Gates, isn’t there a stone which I can turn and not find his footprint?

At the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr Philip AbdelMalik also highlights the role people play in AI’s efficacy. As the WHO’s unit head of intelligence, innovation and integration, he says AI has definite value. It can pick up on chatter around particular symptoms, for example, and spot potential threats before governments have officially announced them.
I might also rely on my next-door neighbor to tell me about her symptoms and spot potential threats too, right?

Furthermore, it can pick up if people are advocating potentially dangerous treatments online so the WHO can step in.
Step-in? Wow. And I believed that my social media posts were visible only to my dear friends. And on what authority and how is the WHO going to step-in?

However, while he can see its benefits, he is quick to flag up the challenges. He says he’s always careful to say AI is not going to generate decisions for us. Plus, Dr AbdelMalik is concerned about the issues surrounding ethical use of AI and equitable representation. “If I’m feeding it a lot of information that I’m not reviewing, and so it contains a lot of misinformation, or it’s representative only of certain subpopulations, then what I’m going to get out is also going to be representative of just some subpopulations or contain a lot of misinformation. So it’s that old adage of, you know, garbage in, garbage out.”

So, the question still remains the same, WHY does the Biden administration want to indemnify scientists, pharmaceuticals, their representatives, doctors, nurses etc. against liability for their future actions? I still remember everyone on TV telling me that the vaccines are ‘safe’. Are they not? Is it something else they know of? Why this certainty about pandemics in the near future, possibly provoking the ‘need’ for new and better vaccines? Who knows… I guess we will find out soon enough.

Thankfully, AI will help us solve all our problems. Or maybe not. One thing is for sure, I’d better watch what I post on-line.
