Laboratories and many other bodies confirm what has been known since 2020 at the latest, that a PCR test cannot detect an infection.

Since 2020, it has become known to a wider audience that a PCR test cannot detect an infection. It was not uncommon for corresponding evidence to be missing for documentation purposes, for example in court cases.

Numerous enquiries have now been made to the PCR test manufacturer Liferiver Bio-Tech, the PCR device manufacturer Roche, various laboratories, the University Hospital of Munich, the State Medical Association of Saxony and the Hasso Plattner Institute to gather evidence. The answers are clear.

According to the Infection Protection Act, an infection is defined as

“the uptake of a pathogen and its subsequent development or multiplication in the human organism“.

In order to be able to detect an infection, the uptake of a pathogen AND its multiplication in an organism must be determined. At this point we are focussing on whether the multiplication of a pathogen in an organism can be detected with a PCR test. The answers are clear.

“I am afraid that our SARS-CoV-2 PCR test cannot determine whether the COVID pathogen is increasing/decreasing, as it is a qualitative test.”

Translated:

“You can only determine whether something is multiplying if you track it over a longer period of time.

That means you would have to look at different points in time to see whether there is an increase or decrease.”

In addition to testing whether a PCR test can detect the multiplication of a pathogen, the question should also be asked as to whether the identification of a pathogen using genome sequences is not only reliable, but also possible at all.

In this context, a further critical look should be taken at genetics and virology with the isolation of viral pathogens.
