Concealed: The "fatal" corona measures policy against children and youngsters- 2

Children and young people continue to be the “overlooked” victims of the fatal coronavirus pandemic policy. While “representatives of the people” and the media spoke tirelessly about solidarity, protection and responsibility, they became the pawns of a rigid coronavirus strategy. Masks, isolation, vaccination campaigns against all scientific evidence – even though the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) knew early on that children were hardly affected. And yet: out of school, mask on, syringe in – whatever the cost.

The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) was Germany’s scientific information and advice centre in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, and its data and recommendations had a significant influence on political decisions.

However, the RKI was already subject to various criticisms during and after corona. And quite rightly so.

The RKI criticised

Criticism was levelled at the sometimes too hesitant or perceived inconsistent communication regarding clearer and faster information.

The same applies to the collection and processing of data (reporting chains, data gaps at weekends or the lack of detail in certain data sets (e.g. recovery status, hospitalisations, etc.)). This often made it difficult to accurately assess the situation. There were calls for greater transparency in the justification of specific decisions and proposals in order to increase comprehensibility for the public.

Some of the RKI’s recommendations, for example on mandatory mask-wearing, school closures, testing strategies or the assessment of risk and contact persons, were criticised because they were perceived as too late, too hesitant or not sufficiently evidence-based.

Today we know that recommended measures that were cemented into laws and regulations by politicians not only restricted the freedoms of citizens, but were also completely excessive and unnecessary!

Especially against children and young people.

Spahn wanted to vaccinate children despite experts’ denials

In a Robert Koch Institute report from 19 May 2021, it became clear how radically the then Federal Minister of Health Spahn wanted to take action against children. It stated the following with regard to childhood vaccinations:

“Even if vaccination for children is not recommended (by) STIKO (Standing Committee on Vaccination), BM Spahn is still planning a vaccination programme.” And two days later: “Paediatric associations are reluctant to vaccinate children. Politicians are already preparing vaccination campaigns so that the relevant age groups are vaccinated by the end of the holidays.”

Mind you, this was despite the fact that the RKI and therefore probably also the higher-level Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) already knew at the end of February 2020: According to a large Chinese study on the age distribution of the pathogen, children were affected in only two per cent of all cases! All of them “without complications” and also not prevalent in the so-called “transmission chains”, as the RKI protocol of 26 February 2020 stated at the time.

“Because children rather atypically subordinate (unlike influenza), more studies need to be carried out,” was the conclusion at the time.

Children were therefore generally neither “particularly at risk” nor did they play a “major role” in transmission.

Prescribed “sharpening” when wearing a mask, even for children

An RKI protocol dated 2 July 2021 stated: “If there is sufficient evidence, e.g. the American Academy of Peds recommends general mask wearing from 2 years of age (…) a more stringent formulation should be found here. (…)”

And further: “The wearing of masks should be maintained without restriction even in the case of low incidences and understood as the maintenance of basic measures. Therefore, please ‘sharpen up’ the wording.”

On 21 October 2020, i.e. around 8 months earlier, it was still stated: “Critical discussion about compulsory masks for primary school pupils, possible long-term consequences” (21 October 2020).

A scandal covered up

What these RKI protocols reveal is a scandal of historic proportions – a moral declaration of bankruptcy of state responsibility. And it hits those hardest who were least able to defend themselves: our children and young people.

Instead of relying on scientific evidence, a “more stringent formulation” was to be pushed through by hook or by crook – in favour of mandatory masks for infants from the age of 2. This was despite the fact that it was already clear at the time how nonsensical and stressful it is for children to wear masks all the time.

The focus was not on medical necessity – but on political compliance and a frightening urge to control. Even with low incidences, the wearing of masks was to be “maintained without restriction”. Not because it was necessary, but rather – I repeat myself – because it seemed politically opportune.

And this despite the fact that there had long been critical discussions about the possible long-term consequences of making masks compulsory for primary school pupils! This was not evidence-based action, but ideological governance.

People were prepared to sacrifice the mental and physical well-being of the little ones for an authoritarian hygiene regime that had long since lost its sense of proportion.

These passages are nothing less than a revelation of coronavirus policy. And they cry out for a complete reappraisal, not a cover-up.

Paediatric vaccination propaganda “without necessity”

The coronavirus measures against children went much further.

The RKI minutes of 15 December 2021 revealed: “Currently, a booster vaccination of children is also being considered by the ministry, although there is no recommendation and in some cases no approval.”

Previously, the following had already been stated: “Children are not important links in transmission chains” (26 February 2020), “School closures have probably not had a major impact on controlling the epidemic” (24 April 2020), “However, the view that schools and children are superspreaders must be countered” (3 August 2020).

Despite all this, the then SPD health politician and current Federal Health Minister Karl Lauterbach, who succeeded Jens Spahn in office, also campaigned for childhood vaccinations at the beginning of July 2021, otherwise there would be a threat of “new major outbreaks” after the summer holidays.

Long before the introduction of nationwide childhood immunisation, it was known internally that children hardly contributed to the spread of the virus and rarely became seriously ill themselves. Nevertheless, politicians stubbornly stuck to their vaccination agenda as if these findings had never existed.

The “Corona vaccination plan” for children

In Germany, children aged 12 and over were able to be vaccinated with the BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine from 7 June 2021 as soon as EU approval was granted. At the same time, the Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO) initially only advised vaccination for children with pre-existing conditions; healthy children were allowed to be vaccinated on request, subject to parental consent and medical advice.

A STIKO recommendation for children aged 5 to 11 years followed in December 2021. Initially only for risk groups, later also at the request of parents.

In May 2022, a single vaccination was recommended for healthy children from the age of five (for Moderna from the age of 6).

In November 2022, the STIKO did not issue a general recommendation for children aged between six months and four years; vaccination was only considered for children with pre-existing conditions. Parents could decide after consulting a doctor, but regular vaccination was not planned.

Overview table:

Age groupVaccination start GermanySTIKO recommendationRequired by law
12-15 yearsfrom June 2021Risk & optional vaccination❌ No
5-11 yearsfrom Dec. 2021Initially risk vaccination, later also optional vaccination❌ No

“Voluntarily under duress” – how politicians and the media urged parents to vaccinate their children

There was never an official legal obligation to vaccinate children – on paper, the coronavirus vaccination remained voluntary, even for minors. But in fact, a massive panic campaign in politics and the media created an indirect vaccination obligation.

Parents were put under pressure to choose between supposed “solidarity” and “responsibility”. And all this under a constant barrage of apocalyptic headlines, dramatic political statements and threatening backdrops in schools. Anyone who did not have their child vaccinated was quickly seen as lacking solidarity, backward or even dangerous.

Even conventional medical practitioners fuelled fear of “unvaccinated” children, saying, for example: “Please do not bring unvaccinated infants and children (as companions) to the practice!!!”

Headteachers agreed: “For the 2022/23 school year, two 1st classes, two 7th classes and two 11th classes will be admitted again. We can only admit children who can provide proof of full immunisation protection in accordance with the recommendations of the Stiko (Standing Vaccination Commission of the Robert Koch Institute).”

As a result, many parents decided not out of medical conviction, but out of fear – not least of social ostracism or exclusion from school and social life. The state-orchestrated vaccination climate thus created an atmosphere of coercion. Without any legal requirement, but with a devastating effect nonetheless.

Politicians and the media declared children to be pandemic perpetrators and sacrificed their souls

Dr Lothar Krimmel, a specialist in general medicine (managing director of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians from 1992 to 2000) summed up the whole disaster in a nutshell.

He accused politicians and the media of unanimously denigrating children as the “drivers of the pandemic” and depriving them of all mimic communication with “traumatising masks”.

And that an “irresponsible deprivation of education and millions of cases of neglect and abuse were just as acceptable as an explosion of child psychiatric illnesses and de facto forced immunisation with unforeseeable lifelong consequences.”

“Influencers instead of education” – How the state wanted to urge young people to get vaccinated

However, not only children, but also young people became the pawns of coronavirus policy. On 14 July 2021, the RKI protocol read in this regard:

“Target group-specific communication. Who should be addressed in particular? Primarily young people, they behave differently. It must be cool to get vaccinated.” And further on the same day: “Target group younger people & vaccination: e.g. influencer vaccination challenge on YouTube (…) Many aspects of the topic could be approached with more humour (e.g. address fear of vaccination after-effects). For example, (influencer) satirist El Hotzo addressed his vaccination reaction during his vaccination.”

What emerges here from internal RKI protocols is more than just questionable public relations work – it is a targeted attempt to influence young people through subtle psychological mechanisms and trendy staging.

Vaccination was to become “cool”, fear was to be concealed with “humour” and social pressure was to be generated through likes and viral challenges. Instead of honest education, the focus was on social media manipulation with influencers as useful tools for a state-orchestrated vaccination campaign.

Young people were not taken seriously, but treated as an easily controllable target group that could be lured into injections with pop-cultural stimuli. Regardless of whether it was medically necessary or not. A game with the trust, health and autonomy of an entire generation.

Psychosocial wreckage” – How the corona policy made our children ill

The consequences of the coronavirus measures were – and still are – devastating in many areas. Particularly affected: Children and young people.

A broad-based study in Hamburg by Professor Ulrike Ravens-Sieberer, in which more than 1,000 children and young people between the ages of 11 and 17 and more than 1,500 parents were surveyed on quality of life and well-being from 26 May to 10 June 2020, revealed the disaster early on:

  • The children and young people struggled greatly with psychological and psychosomatic problems.
  • 71% of them felt burdened by the corona measures.
  • Two thirds reported a reduced quality of life and a lower level of psychological well-being.
  • The risk of mental health problems rose from around 18% before coronavirus to 31% during the crisis.
  • Added to this were: Hyperactivity (24%),
  • emotional problems (21 %),
  • Behavioural problems (19 %)
  • and psychosomatic complaints such as irritability (54%), problems falling asleep (44%) or headaches and stomach aches (40% and 31% respectively) occurred more frequently.
  • At least 30 per cent suffered post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the pandemic due to the government measures and public scaremongering.

An entire country in a state of emergency – but the youngest paid the highest price

The files, protocols and statements show it in black and white: children were never the main carriers, never a high-risk group, and yet they were treated like the nation’s epidemic carriers. Mask coverings, school closures despite evidence to the contrary, public stigmatisation of “unvaccinated” children – and vaccination campaigns against all medical restraint.

The psychological and physical consequences? Devastating. Traumatised souls, lost years of education, broken childhoods.

What was declared to be a health policy turned out to be an unprecedented field test on an entire generation. With influencers as vaccination ambassadors, PR campaigns for teenagers and a state apparatus that didn’t protect, but overran.

It wasn’t the virus that made our children ill – it was the completely excessive and sometimes completely unnecessary corona measures!

And anyone who still claims today that there was “no alternative” is complicit in a historical failure that has left deeper scars than any infection.
