First international court declares mRNA injections to be mass bioweapons- 2

The Alliance of Indigenous Nations International Tribunal – recognised by Canada on a nation-to-nation basis – has issued a historic global order to take effect immediately worldwide.

As first reported by Dr Joseph Sansone and Lisa Miron, in a spectacular and historic move, the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal has issued an order and declaration finding that “mRNA nanoparticle injections are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.”

“This Tribunal finds and hereby declares that the ‘COVID-19 nanoparticle injections’ or ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ or ‘COVID-19 injections’ meet the criteria for biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction under the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 (18 USC §175), Weapons and Firearms §790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023), the Canadian Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act of 2004, and the International Biological Weapons Convention. This order and declaration is intended to have immediate worldwide effect.”

This is the first formal judicial declaration by a recognised international authority classifying COVID-19 mRNA products as biological weapons.

Recognition by Canada

In December 2024, the Canadian Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs (CIRNAC) officially recognised the Alliance of Indigenous Nations, its Treaty and its International Tribunal – a judicial body made up of jurists from all continents.

In an official letter dated 13 December 2024, Canada confirmed that its relationship with the A.I.N. is on a nation-to-nation basis and that the tribunal is thus recognised as a sovereign legal entity under Indigenous and international law.

Reference to existing laws and studies

This statement is in line with a recently published study by Zywiec et al. which showed that COVID-19 mRNA injections violate several international agreements – including the Biological Weapons Convention, the Nuremberg Code, the Declaration of Helsinki and the United States Constitution.

It also aligns with Minnesota state bill HF3219, which classifies mRNA injections and related products as weapons of mass destruction under section 609.712 and prohibits their possession or distribution in the state.

Historical scope

Whether this unprecedented declaration will lead to concrete legal or government measures remains to be seen. But it does set a legal precedent:

An international court recognised by Canada has officially designated COVID-19 mRNA injections as biological and technological weapons of mass destruction – clearly placing the responsibility on the world’s governments, health authorities and justice systems to respond.

With growing scientific evidence, legislative initiatives like Minnesota’s HF3219, and now this sweeping international judgement, the dam-breaking stage appears to have been reached.
