A newly filed criminal complaint in France, reported by the Daily News, makes shocking allegations: a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine is said to be linked to the rapid onset of metastatic pancreatic cancer – colloquially referred to as “turbo cancer” – and ultimately to the death of a French psychiatric nurse. The complaint, which was submitted to the public prosecutor on June 18, 2025, calls for a comprehensive investigation into possible poisoning, medical malpractice, lack of informed consent, and unauthorized human experimentation.

The lawsuit claims that the deceased was only informed about mild side effects of the vaccine – such as headaches and fatigue – while serious risks such as myocarditis, immunosuppression, and potential cancer promotion were withheld. According to the complaint, the nurse was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June 2023, just a few months after her second mRNA dose (August 2021 and January 2022). The cancer developed extremely aggressively and led to her death in August 2023. Her husband was shocked by the rapid progression of the disease and described it as “turbo cancer,” which he directly links to the vaccine. - Scientific claims about mRNA mechanisms
The complaint cites several mechanisms by which mRNA vaccines could potentially have harmful effects on health: inhibition of the tumor suppressor protein p53, which could increase susceptibility to cancer; disruption of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS), which is associated with organ failure and tumor development; use of billions of lipid nanoparticles, which are attributed with carcinogenic potential; production of abnormal (“ghost”) proteins due to pseudouridine modifications; and the presence of HIV-like gene sequences that could suppress the immune system. - Human experiments without approval
The complaint alleges that mRNA vaccines, as an experimental technology without validated long-term data and without fully informed patient consent, were administered on a large scale. It is also claimed that DARPA and genetic research institutions influenced the design and implementation of the vaccines.
Legal accusations made:
The lawsuit accuses various professional groups, authorities, and individuals of having committed offenses under the French Penal Code, including: poisoning (Art. 221-5): administration of harmful substances causing serious illness or death; death caused by a professional’s fault (Art. 221-6), for example through faulty information; endangering others (Art. 223-1): negligent actions in vaccine administration; unauthorized human experimentation (Art. 223-8); and aggravated intentional killing (Art. 221-3): due to allegedly known fatal risks.
Accused institutions and individuals:
The complaint names several key players in vaccine policy and approval: the French Medicines Agency (ANSM), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the High Health Authority (HAS), pharmaceutical companies Moderna and Pfizer, representatives of the WHO including Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and former French Health Minister Olivier Véran.
Systematic misconduct and media manipulation:
The complaint further raises allegations of targeted suppression of early treatment methods such as hydroxychloroquine, manipulation of PCR tests to inflate case numbers, media campaigns to increase vaccine uptake, contractual liability waivers for vaccine manufacturers, and misleading classification of mRNA injections as vaccines instead of gene therapy.
