Bill Gates, declining birth rates and the silence of science – a technocratic dystopia takes shape
While the world hopes for a reappraisal and transparency in the COVID era, Bill Gates continues unperturbed – now with self-assembling anti-fertility implants. Funded, tested, with no possibility of reversal.
A man with global influence – and global immunity?
Why does Bill Gates continue to appear on every stage of global “health innovation” despite growing criticism and open questions about his role in COVID policy? Where is the accountability that so many have been demanding for years?
Instead of answers, Gates provides new projects – such as the funding of a universal vaccine by the NIH, or the now publicised support for a study on self-assembling microcrystal technology. According to a publication in Nature Chemical Engineering, this is a contraceptive method that not only has a long-term effect, but is potentially irreversible.

SLIM – The silent revolution in reproductive control
The technology is called SLIM (Self-aggregating Long-acting Injectable Microcrystals). The idea: tiny crystals are injected, which form a dense, stable mass in the body and release synthetic hormones there over months – possibly years.
What is critical about this is not only the long-term effect, but above all the fact that these implants cannot be removed. At the very least, the study contains no indication of a reversal option. Particularly in countries without a surgical infrastructure, this becomes a permanent, irreversible measure – often without consent, information or control.
Demography as a weapon? The technocratic footprint
The fact that Gates is funding a technology to suppress fertility, of all things, seems particularly cynical in light of his well-known statements on population reduction. In a much-cited lecture, he explained:
“If we do a good job with immunisation, reproductive health services and medical care, we could reduce the global population by 10 to 15 %.”
So now the link: self-injectable implants, hormonally active, non-removable, at a time when more than three quarters of all countries are no longer having enough children to maintain their population in the long term – according to a study financed by Gates himself.
The depopulation agenda in laboratory format
The study “Global Fertility in 204 Countries” predicts a widespread decline in birth rates in 97% of all countries by 2100. And the very foundation that laments this decline is now funding technologies that accelerate it.
This is more than a contradiction. It’s a deliberate dissonance between public narrative and actual action. And it fits the picture: from Covid vaccines and geoengineering to needleless vaccinations at the front door – Gates regularly backs projects that deeply interfere with humanity’s right to biological self-determination.
Long-term consequences, helplessness and silence
The long-term effects of SLIM technology cannot be predicted. In rats, the implant remained in place for at least 97 days – in humans it is likely to last for years. The risks: Tissue reactions, long-term hormonal damage, systemic side effects – all of this remains speculative but unexplained.
What is certain is that the technology actively prevents fertility in a way that cannot be reversed. A nightmare for any ethical and medical system.
Where is the resistance?
Despite increasing criticism from alternative media, science and the public, political and academic institutions seem to remain largely silent. Critics such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. or Nicholas Hoelscher warn – but even they are increasingly marginalised or ignored.
Hoelscher writes:
“Combating the global decline in birth rates is central to the preservation of civilisation. But what we are experiencing is the opposite: an acceleration programme with a technocratic signature.”
Conclusion: The silence of the majority is the gateway to tyranny
Bill Gates is not an elected politician. He is not a doctor. And yet – through foundations, WHO partnerships and government co-operation – he is actively shaping the health policy reality of billions of people. The latest developments around SLIM show that it is no longer just about vaccines. It is about control – profound, lasting and biological.
If we as a society do not question loudly, critically and uncompromisingly what is happening here, we will not be asked whether we want such an implant. We will simply get it.
