Germany: “Imminent Danger”: Supervisory Complaint Filed Against the PEI (Paul Ehrlich Institute)- 2

The biologist Dr. Jürgen O. Kirchner has filed a supervisory complaint with Germany’s Federal Ministry of Health against employees of the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI). He holds them responsible for failing to take into account “two very large and valid cohort studies” addressing significant cancer risks caused by the mRNA injections in the context of drug safety. According to Kirchner, this omission endangers public health in Germany “in an unprecedented manner.”

In his letter to the responsible minister, Nina Warken, the pharmaceutical expert refers to peer-reviewed studies involving hundreds of thousands of participants from Italy and South Korea (previously reported here and here). These studies, published in July and September 2025 respectively, observed a significantly increased cancer risk following administration of the COVID “vaccines.” Kirchner writes:

“It is obvious that, particularly regarding the mRNA vaccines, there is an imminent danger—namely, a very serious and unprecedented threat to public health from adverse drug effects—so that immediate action in the form of suspension of authorizations for the mRNA vaccines is the only viable option.”

The objective is for the PEI, as the competent authority, to be instructed by the Ministry of Health to carry out without delay the legally required measures for such serious drug safety warning signals. This is how the “Medical and Scientific Association for Health, Freedom and Democracy” (MWGFD) describes the matter; the organization has also published Kirchner’s supervisory complaint on its website.

The honorary chairman of the MWGFD, Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi, additionally calls “for support of Kirchner due to the tremendous importance of this step for public health,” in a video.

In the complaint, Kirchner again points to DNA contamination in the gene-based preparations, which has been shown in several peer-reviewed publications (see also the Transition News article“Bacterial traces found in DNA contaminants of Pfizer’s COVID ‘vaccine’”). The biologist had already drawn attention to this issue several times in the past—among other occasions, he had informed then–Health Minister Karl Lauterbach, who, however, showed no interest (previously reported here and here).

According to Kirchner, it is plausible that this contamination is the cause of the increased cancer risk found in the Pescara and Korean studies. DNA contamination inherently carries a cancer risk.

In this context, Kirchner draws Minister Warken’s attention to the fact that the manufacturers must be held liable for the DNA contamination, as in his opinion §314 of the German Criminal Code (Public Endangerment by Poisoning) applies. This would hold true even in cases where the Federal Republic might have contractually accepted liability for other vaccine-related damages.
