Albert Bourla and Ugur Sahin as well as Ursula von der Leyen and other high-ranking EU officials have been sued by the Italian police union OSA and other security force unions for murder and other serious offences. As Il Giornale d’Italia reports, an extensive dossier of evidence has been submitted to an Italian public prosecutor’s office. In an interview with Chiasso TV and in a Facebook post, Antonio Porto, national secretary general of the OSA, confirmed the lawsuit, which was filed with the support of the Avvocati Liberi (Free Lawyers) association. The defendants are therefore:
- Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission
- Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer
- Ugur Sahin, CEO and co-founder of BioNTech
- Stella Kyriakides, EU Health Commissioner from the end of 2019 to the end of 2024
- Margaritis Schinas, EU Vice-President from 2019 to 2024
- Emer Cooke, Director of the European Medicines Agency (EMA)
The defendants are accused of murder, bribery, public utility fraud, commercial fraud, making false statements to the judicial authorities, indirect false certification, assault and administering dangerous drugs.
Despite a press release, almost no media have reported on the lawsuit, according to Porto. The indictment is based on 450,000 pages of the so-called internal “Pfizer Papers”, documents on side effects of vaccines and scientific studies by Dr Gabriele Segalla as well as assessments by the EMA and the questioning of former Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza. The documents also mention at least 542 serious neurological side effects.
Porto based the murder charge on the defendants’ knowledge that the Covid “vaccinations” could lead to death. The name of the public prosecutor’s office is currently being kept secret due to fears that pressure could be exerted on them. The public prosecutor’s office must be able to work in peace.
In the interview, Porto mentions cases of repression against Italian police officers who have spoken out against the Covid measures. He himself had had to endure three serious disciplinary proceedings that had resulted in sanctions with “devastating” effects on his career. This was despite the fact that he had acted solely as a trade unionist. He had merely tried to protect the rights of the workers. The trade unionists were aware that they were being watched, says Porto.
According to the police officer, 30 of his colleagues have died prematurely since the introduction of Covid “vaccinations”. However, he deliberately makes no connection to the injections. Without autopsies, which are not carried out, causality cannot be established with certainty.
With reference to the Pfizer papers, Porto states that the documents submitted for the authorisation of the injections were falsified. “We will get to the bottom of it,” the police officer assures us. However, the public should do the same. Everyone must realise their duties. One should not delegate one’s own life and rights to the institutions and politicians.
