Ursula Von der Leyen has just confirmed in her speech at the WEF in Davos that the Commission is going to introduce the first building block of a federal business law for multinationals parallel to that of the Member States, with a fictitious 28th Member State!

No doubt steps to circumvent workers’ rights will be proposed over the next few years, and now the first one is about to be Done!
The Commission plans to submit a formal proposal in Q1 2026, followed by negotiations in the European Parliament and the Council. This is not yet in force; it is an initiative to harmonise the single market, often called for by the tech sector and investors.
The post quotes a thread by Camille Adam, who has been anticipating this announcement since October 2025. In her main post (ID 2013629850171412612, 20 January 2026), she confirms that it is the “first building block of a federal business law” for multinationals, with a “fictitious 28th Member State”. She fears that future extensions will bypass workers’ rights.

News alert: Von der Leyen announces the creation of an EU company regime with EU taxes and EU labour law!
Employees will be subject to unprotective EU labour law, and taxes will be decided by the EU for the benefit of multinationals.
France has been humiliated and martyred, and must free itself. The only way out is to tear up the European treaties and therefore leave the EU.
It will be in the interests of French companies to sign up to this regime, which is more favourable for them and very unfavourable for employees. They will do so to be competitive with other European companies, to survive, even if company directors do not wish to crush their employees and castrate their country.
The 28th regime aims to bypass European countries in order to lower social standards, bypass labour law and business law in France and in all European countries. It will be the lowest bidder for everything.
Not to mention the fact that France will lose its ability to decide on corporate tax, company law and labour law, all of which will be decided by von der Leyen! Your vote for a President of the Republic or a Member of Parliament will be worthless. The decisions will be taken one floor higher in Brussels. As with Mercosur, which will destroy French farmers, Brussels will decide against the will of the French people on labour law, business law and corporate taxation.
We are the vassals of the EU empire, which is crushing the people for the benefit of the multinationals.
National liberation must be our objective, and the union of all those who want France to be independent must be our objective if we are to get out of this hell.
What’s more, by doing so we will free the continent of Europe from submission to the toxic institutions of Brussels.

Question them, question the politicians who are sometimes unaware of this new EU trick.
