Attorney Peter Stassen is appealing the lower court’s decision to exclude experts, independent media, and the public from the courtroom.
The appeals court has now allowed witnesses to participate in the hearing alongside attorney Peter Stassen. The public and independent media are also permitted to attend the hearing. This is a positive sign.
I believe it is important that we are present to support the courage of attorney Peter Stassen and the plaintiffs in this case. Our presence could be helpful in deciding whether to admit the witness testimony. This is a potentially historic case.
Sasha Latypova and Catherine Austine Fitts have both confirmed their attendance at the hearing. The five expert witnesses also include Katherine Watt and Dr. Michael Yeadon.
I had arranged for Dr. Francis Boyle to testify in this case, but unfortunately, he passed away shortly afterward. Dr. Boyle was a co-author of the 1989 U.S. Biological Weapons and Counterterrorism Act. To my knowledge, Dr. Boyle was also the only person since World War II to successfully prosecute genocide before the International Criminal Court (ICC). In my case, Boyle gave a sworn statement classifying the mRNA nanoparticle injections as bioweapons.
Attorney Peter Stassen represents the plaintiffs. The case alleges genocide and the use of biological weapons. Defendants include Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, Mark Rutte (now NATO Secretary General), Dutch government officials, and state-controlled media.
The hearing will take place on March 9th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Witnesses will be present and will then participate in a press conference around 5:00 PM.
